To the Bistritzky mishpacha:
I was saddened to hear of the p’tira of Harav Leibel. I met him many years ago when my mother Mania Rosin o”h (Sheina Matla, Shvester Mania) introduced me to Leibel many years ago on the 2nd floor of 770, I was a child but I clearly remember this chapter.
My mother always spoke of Leibel in such high regard and my mother did not exaggerate her feelings.
I feel a personal loss. Hamokom yinachaym escham b’soch she’ar aveilay Tzion v’rushalayim.
